Refund and Replacement Policy

Orders may be cancelled only prior to dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, cancellations are no longer permitted. Due to safety and hygiene regulations, ingestible products cannot be returned, even if unopened or unused.

If your order arrives damaged, you may be eligible for a replacement subject to verification. You must record a clear, continuous video while opening the parcel showing the sealed package, the unboxing process, and the damaged product. Claims submitted without proper video evidence may be denied. For verified cases of damaged blister packs, leaking creams or ointments, or broken liquid bottles, mindbodypeak may issue a replacement at its discretion. Any damaged products approved for replacement must be safely disposed of at a local pharmacy and must not be used.

mindbodypeak reserves the right to approve or deny any refund or replacement request based on the evidence provided.
